Welcome to Duelix. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our online duel platform in Edison March 2010 format. Please read all terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Duelix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. User Account
To use Duelix services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities performed under your account. Each user may have only one active account. Creating multiple accounts (smurfing) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.
3. Conduct Rules
Users must keep respectful behavior during duels and interactions on the platform. Offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language is prohibited. The use of external programs (cheats, bots, macros) to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. Ranking manipulation attempts, win-trading, or any abuse of the ranking system will result in severe penalties, including permanent ban.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content from Duelix, including design, source code, logos, and visual elements, is protected by copyright. Card images and data are used for entertainment purposes within Edison March 2010 format.
5. Virtual Currency and Purchases
Duelix may offer virtual items and currencies within the platform. All purchases are final and non-refundable except when required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the platform. We reserve the right to modify prices, availability, and characteristics of virtual items at any time.
6. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use. By using the platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through platform notification or email. Continued use of services after change notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
8. Limitation of Liability
Duelix is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time through profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms of Use without prior notice. After closure, you will lose access to all virtual items, progression, and account-associated data. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
